The Master stumbled as the chair fell. He managed to right it just in time, but the Doctor flew to the ground. He froze, an unreasonable terror freezing his innards for the briefests of moments. He was at the Doctors side in a heartbeat, crouching before him. He shoved his surge of panic deep inside himself, denying it's very existance. He was not weak.
"Comfy?" He asked his fallen comrade.

The Doctor spat a mouthful of cover and jacket and checked that he still had all his limbs. Incredibly so, he had. It seemed that the effects of the injection were long to wear off, it had just saved the Doctor the trouble of going through a heart attack.
"What do you think?" He muttered reproachfully.

The Master smiled, slipping an arm under the Doctors weakened legs, and one under heis arms, he hefted him up.
"Anything for a Damsel in distress." He muttered, popping him back into his chair. He reached down and picked up the blanket, tucking it around his friend and pulling it up to his neck.
"Better?"

"Much," the Doctor admitted, refusing to acknowledge the fact that he was blushing, and slightly annoyed at the fact of not being able to stay annoyed at the Master.
Not that he was able to concentrate on something else than physical pain, the Doctor suddenly noticed the constant distress call in the back of his mind. His poor TARDIS was still in pain, damaged and unable to dematerialize. The old girl certainly understood his reasons, but she was still suffering. He had to repair her some, at least cut the wires that were troubling her.
"Can we go the console room?" He asked quietly.

The Master smiled, his hands finding the Doctors hair again. Honestly, it was like have a small child to take care of. He almost liked it.
"Yes. The sooner we get her fixed, the sooner we can be out of here."
The sooner her can find himself a new Time Tart.

They went to the console room. The Doctor could feel the TARDIS' impatience in his mind, her pain and her need for him. He felt sorry for her of course, she was his ship, but he knew he would do it again if needed. With the Master's help once again, he opened one of the side panels and wriggled on his back to get under the console.
He took out his sonic screwdriver and began to work. As he went he wondered why Nine wasn't here already. He must have received the distress signal. Maybe he was waiting for something? The Doctor knew what he would be waiting for. He took a deep breath, kept his eyes tightly shut as he severed the cable that held the power going through the shields, all the while whispering to the TARDIS that it was all right, that everything would be fine.
He then set to repair the others flaws, the ones he had provoked in the first place.

The Doctor kept his eyes steady of the screen before him. Rose's words neither touched him or moved him. He cared little for her. What did break his hearts was the obvious connection between future Time Lord and human, one that would inevitably break and destroy them both. He obviously became less careful with his emotions in the future. Loneliness driving him to the brink of madness.
A small bleep sounded and writing began to change on the viewscreen. Good, at least his future self hadn't lost all intelligence.
"Buckle up." He said, pushing Rose out of his way as he made a mad dash around the console.

He grabbed the Doctor by his feet and dragged him out as the Tardis screamed.
"What have you done?" The Master asked, his tone cold, but even. The Doctor stared blankly up at him.
"WHAT DID YOU DO?"

"What I had to!" The Doctor finally shouted back, struggling to get up. He clung to the console and rose to his feet despite the Master's shoves. He glared with all his might, uncaring of his condition now he knew Nine was coming. It made him braver. His previous self was rougher, but also more efficient in dealing with... well, with battles, which it was.

She held onto the console tightly, watching him move around.
"Where are we going?" she asked him, looking up at the column as it rose.
She tightened her grip, her eyes drawing back to him. She couldn't help but smile slightly. She missed seeing him, even if this version was before she travelled with him.

The Master snarled at him, lunging across the room and grabbing him by the throat.
"I trusted you!" He yelled, landing him flat on his back upon the console. He leaned in ever so closed, his breath tickling the Doctors ear.
"You will undo whatever it is you did." He hissed.

"Gotto go," Jack rushed hanging up and hurried to the console room to see the Doctor busying about the controls.
He went over to Rose, as she was still slightly weak from the blood loss, and the TARDIS journeys varied in roughness.

The Doctor shot her a glare, crossing the room towards her once again. He took her roughly by the shoulders and pushed her backwards to the console chair.
"Sit." he said curtly. Jack too was trying to help. He didn't need help. He gave Jack a solid shove to the chest which sat him down on the seat beside Rose.
"Stay."
He was about to go back to the hugely dangerous task of flying his Tardis into another Tardis when the pregnant blond motor mouth appeared in the doorway, curiosity obviously aroused by the engines. Before she could open her mouth to say one annoying word, he was upon her. Placing his finger to her lips he said.
"And shut up."
She too was placed on the sofa. The three humans sat in a line. Arms folded, pouting, but staying oddly still and quiet.
He returned to the console.

"I will not!" The Doctor shot back, fighting his way out of the Master's grip. He thrust his knee between them and shoved the other Time Lord back. He was out of breath already. he fell on his feet as the Master stumbled backward, obviously surprised at his sudden boldness.
"That is enough!" He added angrily. Time for the real show he guessed.

The Master was taken by surprise when the Doctor pushed him but he quickly recovered.
"Oh I love it when you're all angry." He smirked, easily psuhing the tiring Time Lord back down onto the console and pinning him there with his body.
"Now you need to learn to behave, or you go right back in the cage."
